I'm fairly new to Dalton's work. I just so happen to come across it whilst purchasing other books and I thought it couldn't hurt to try it. I tell you, minute I started reading, the story sucked me instantly! I view this series similar to the mutants in xmen in a sense that certain people are blessed or cursed with extraordinary abilities that makes people view them as dangerous. Telling you more about this series will spoil the plot so just do yourself a favour and pick up both books! I really enjoyed this series so far and am waiting to check out the next installment!Product details

Fast paced read. Leaves you wondering if all the characters will survive their trials. It would be better without the cliffhangers but I'll read the next book anyways!
I enjoyed reading your books and am looking forward to reading your creations and am looking forward to reading your next book to continue with the story.
I would recommend this to anybody the storyline flows very easily and I think it's one of the best stories that I have read in quite a while.
This series really sucked me in. I was very skeptical at first because George RR Martin has ruined the genre for me. Nothing compares or entertains me like ASOIAF but I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the Land of Fire & Ash series. It is a easy read and very entertaining. Cannot wait for the 3rd installment.
